Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct on-site supervision to our craft employees and subcontractors ensuring safety, quality and efficiency of all work performed
  • Daily interactions with all project related staff, owners; architects etc. to schedule, inspect, monitor and manage work flow and outcomes
  • Creating, updating and maintaining project documentation
  • Scheduling, attending and leading subcontractor and or project meetings
  • Conducting daily workplace inspections
  • Procuring materials and supplies as required
  • Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors to meet project deadlines.

To join our team you should have:

  • High school diploma or (GED) required; 2 or 4 year vocational school or college degree in construction technology, construction management, operations management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years commercial construction experience with minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with and provide direct supervision to vendors, suppliers and staff to meet contractual requirements.
  • Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook. Knowledge of ASTA or procore a plus!
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
